Today is the day all the Glamberts were waiting for! After rumors going around that Adam Lambert might judge season eight of The X Factor in Australia, the Australian news site, The Daily Telegraph, gladly put those rumors to rest clarifying that he officially is going to be a judge!

Alongside Adam you’ll see judges Iggy Azalea and Guy Sebastian. According to The Daily Telegraph, the show is expected to replace host Luke Jacobz.

Adam told The Daily Telegraph, “I am very excited to join X Factor in Australia and am looking forward to helping people shine their brightest. Australia has always been one of my favorite places to tour. The Aussies I’ve met are so kind and good humored — so the thought of getting to live in Sydney is exciting.”

Australia clearly knew what they were doing because this isn’t the first time Adam has been a judge for a singing competition. Back in 2015, Adam was a guest judge on season fourteen of American Idol during the New York City auditions as well as a quick judge during a contestant’s audition at The Voice in Poland!

We don’t know about you, but even though we’re not from Australia we are definitely going to try to find a way to watch this season of The X Factor Australia!
