The model and cookbook author took to her go-to social media platform to talk about her very stressful morning amid her high-risk third pregnancy. As you might know, Chrissy Teigen is currently expecting her and John Legend’s third addition to the family but she’s been really struggling.
Chrissy Teigen was even taken to the hospital after experiencing way more bleeding than usual since she has a very weak placenta.
Obviously, while the baby is still remarkably healthy and strong, that could change at any point because of what the mom is experiencing which is why Chrissy is as worried as she can be.
The star opened up about her very intense Tuesday morning, telling her fans about having a clot and waiting to finally breathe a sigh of relief for the day.
This comes after, on September 17, she was admitted to the hospital.
‘Just had a really scary morning, huge clot, almost save-worthy. The scramble to hear the heartbeat seemed like hours. I never thought I’d relief sigh so much in my liiiiife,’ Chrissy told her millions of followers, giving them another update on her pregnancy journey.
As mentioned before, this comes a couple of days after the celeb told her fans about being hospitalized.
On her IG Stories, he dished at the time that ‘I’m about halfway through the pregnancy, and the blood has been going on for like a month. So like, maybe a little bit less than a month, but we’re talking like more than your period, girls. And definitely not spotting. A lot of people spot, and it’s usually fine. But yeah, mine was a lot.’
Before having to actually go to the hospital, Chrissy was already told her pregnancy was high-risk and she was already having bleeding which is why the medical specialists recommended complete bed rest for her for a while.

However, things did not improve, and instead, they obviously got worse since she needed hospitalization.
